We can only deliver to the address registered to the credit/debit card. All items will be delivered between 3 and 5 working days from the time the order has been placed. If items are out of stock we will inform you via email or phone.
A signature will be required on deliveries.

If items are unsuitable or faulty these need to be returned within 7 days of arrival. Please inform us of any intention to return any items by filling out a returns form, along with the item codes and your full contact details. All items must be returned undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving items. A refund can only be credited to the original payment debit/credit card.
Please note that any Item invoiced on Sale Price is Non-Refundable. Only Exchange or Credit notes can be issued. If you have any questions regarding returning an item contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We regret that post and packaging charges cannot be refunded.
If you would like to exchange any goods we will be happy to do so, as long as they are returned with all original tags and packaging. Please notify us of any intentions of exchanges within 24 hours of receiving these, for an exchange to occur.
If there is no quality-related issue, but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for an exchange within 5 working days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged, and unused merchandise. Custom-made products jewelry & accessories are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Our normal return period is 7 working days from the delivery date; we must receive any returned items within this time. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend that you use a postal service that insures you of the value of the goods that you are returning. We will take action on your parcel as soon as we receive the goods. And will then endeavor to process your request for replacements as quickly as possible. We will then charge you to re-deliver again to your address.
All costs of returning/exchanging goods will be incurred by the customer. The items sent for refund/exchange are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Mahir London, please ensure the necessary insurance has been taken. Sale items can only be exchanged. Pierced jewelry and accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We regret that the delivery charge is not refundable.
Goods must be returned "AS SOLD" in the original packaging with all the components and accessories. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after 7 days.
