UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.50
Deliveries will be made within 5 – 6 working days after placing your order. If you place your order before 2.00pm, we’ll make every effort to dispatch it on the same day. Your order can be delivered any time between 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

UK QUICK DELIVERY - £4.75 (currently disabled)
Deliveries will be made within 2 – 3 working days after placing your order. If you place your order before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday), we’ll dispatch it right away. Your order can be delivered any time between 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £7.50 (currently disabled)
We aim to deliver all UK next day delivery orders . Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00pm GMT (MON-FRI).We will deliver the following day excluding Saturday,Sunday,Eid day and Bank Holidays to UK mainland addresses.

UK SATURDAY DELIVERY - £15.00 (currently disabled)

Saturday delivery available upon request . The Saturday delivery option is only open to the UK.Please ensure your order is placed before 2pm on last Friday to receive your order on Saturday.If you placed order after 2pm on Friday then you may receive it on following Saturday.

Your order can be delivered any time between 8am-12pm.

Returns

At Mahirlondon.com we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. There may be occasions where you need to return the item back to us. Please view our returns policy below.

General Information

For UK deliveries, if you are returning any clothing item we are happy to give you a full refund (excluding your delivery cost in sending it back to us) as long as the goods reach us within 14 days of delivery. After this period we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item. All accessories (including shawls) are non returnable and non refundable.

For International orders, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Any custom made items ordered from our 'Made To Measure' collections are non returnable and non refundable as these items are specially made to your requirements.

Returns Procedure

All returned goods must be in their original packaging. You must notify us before you return any goods by completing the returns form or You can Write down your needs on a Paper, Please Provide your Order Ref. if you do so. Returns address which must be displayed on the packaging.

You are responsible for the goods until they reach us and for your own protection, we recommend that you return the items via recorded delivery and that you obtain ‘Proof of Posting Certificate' from the post office. If you are using a courier service ensure the goods are insured whilst in transit and again that you retain the relevant proof of purchase receipt or document.

Refunds will only be credited to your original payment card.

All our garments are fitted with tags. If any of these tags are removed or goods are damaged (including marks & scents) we will not issue a refund under any circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE – All our items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched and care needs to be taken when trying on goods. Please ensure you are not wearing perfume or make-up that may leave marks or scent on the goods when trying them on. If these instructions are not followed or items are damaged, they may not be accepted as returned items.
