How to Place your Order

At Mahir London we are open from 9am-9pm 7 days a week, if you wish to place an order with us feel free to call us on: +44 (0)207 538 1100 or you can also place an order via our website at: which has a 24 hour easy access. We ensure great customer services who speak English, Bengali and Urdu/Hindi.


We accept all major credit / debit cards.

At Mahir London you can shop with confidence as all payments are processed through sagepay payment system. We have a secure method of taking payments and insure strict security to safe guarding any personal information and your orders

Delivery information

We can only deliver to the address registered to the credit/debit card. All items will be delivered between 3 and 5 working days from the time the order has been placed. Please note that during periods this could take up to 3 - + 7 working days. If items are out of stock we shall inform you via email or phone. A signature will be required on deliveries.

Postage charge within UK: postage charge is £3.50 within the UK, and deliver hours are between 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday- Friday A signature is required upon delivery. Special delivery available upon request. International shipping costs vary. Please refer to website for full costs.


If items are unsuitable or faulty these need to be returned within 7 days of arrival. Please inform us of any intention to return any items by filling out a returns form, along with the item codes and your full contact details. All items must be returned undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving items. Refund can only be credited to the original payment debit/credit card.


If you would like to exchange any goods we will be happy to do so, as long as they are returned with all original tags and packaging. Please notify us of any intentions of exchanges within 24 hours of receiving these, for an exchange to occur.


All costs of returning/exchanging goods will be incurred by the customer. The items sent for refund/exchange are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Mahir London, please ensure the necessary insurance has been taken. Sale items can only be exchanged. Pierced jewellery and accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We regret that the delivery charge is not refundable.

Goods must be returned "AS SOLD" in the original packaging with all the components and accessories. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after 7 days. Any free gifts with the products must also be returned and unused.
